Techgen Engineering Ltd., are supplying complete mango processing machinery on turnkey basis for the production of Mango Pulp, Juice & concentrated puree, as well as single machines to meet specific requirements.
Mango processing equipments are used for Washing, Sorting, destoning, Pasteurization, Filling & Packaging. Can be used to make as Mango Pulp, Mango Slice, and Mango Concentrate, Mango Juice and puree, Mango chutney.

WASHING, SORTING:
Washing group with elevator designed to carry out a perfect washing of mango or other fruits destined for the industrial transformation. The unit takes the fruits through two subsequent washing processes: by immersion in the basin and by shower on the elevator. The sorting consists of a roller belt conveyor which, slowly rotating, allows leaves and other foreign matters to fall.

BRUSHING:
The brusher is used to have a better cleaning of the fruits before being processed: infact the rotating brushes allow the removing of extraneous matters and any dirt that has adhered to the fruits. In this way the contamination of the final product is highly reduced. We strongly advise this operation. A regular washing stage does not eliminate well the stickiness contained on most of the mango peels. We suppling different models of brushing machines with capacities from 3 to 15 t/h.

DESTONING:

Our destoning machines have been especially designed and manufactured for the destoning of fresh mango in order to achieve the best performance in terms of yield. We manufacture two models (Super-Mango-Destoner and Jumbo-Mango-Destoner) particularly stout, easy to be adjusted and cleaned.
REFINING:

Our Supercreamer is a single stage pulper with interchangeable screens used to refine the puree to the required level. Low degree of air inglobation and therefore less oxidation is assured.
PULP TREATMENT:

For enzymatic deactivation the mango pulp can be sent to a tubular preheater. The machine can furthermore be set up to be used for both, before and after refining in order to possibly reach a higher production yield.
BLACK SPECKS ELIMINATIONT:

In the decanter separation takes place in a horizontal cone-cylindrical bowl equipped with a screw conveyor. Centrifugal force causes sedimentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl.
In mango processing the machine is used for a further delicate depulping, but especially for the elimination of black specks.
DEAERATION:

The main final products processed on our mango lines are natural puree or concentrated puree. In the first case the natural puree is deaerated in order to extend the product's shelflife. The deaerator is used for the elimination of air incorporated in liquid or thick alimentary products, by nebulization under vacuum – in order to avoid oxidation. The unit can be completed with integrated aroma recovery: the aromatic vapours are condensed and newly incorporated directly into the product by means of a recovery device supplied with the machine.
CONCENTRATION:

In case of concentrated puree, the refined puree is pumped to a thin-film continuous evaporator.
The versatility of our swept evaporators is really unrivalled: they can process easily low-pulp or high-pulp juices,
delicate or thermo-resistant juices, low or high viscosity products.
The residence time is among the shortest possible
and the concentration is achieved in one sole passage. The outstanding consequence is that the concentrate is at the top
of the quality scale.
STERILIZATION:

Our tube in tube sterilizers are composed by 4 concentric pipes. The machines are completely skid-mounted in order to simplify to the maximum the installation at site. The units just have to be connected to the utilities (steam, condensate, compressed air, cooling waters) and to the product.
ASEPTIC FILLING:

The aseptic filler CAF is at the state of the art and is also the only non-american filler approved by the FDA for application
with non-acid products.
Its reliability is therefore extremely high particularly when working with products that have a high PH.
AUTOMATIC CIP SYSTEM:

CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) washing station suitable to wash tanks, machines and pipes by means of hot basic detergent (75°C), hot acid detergent (60°C) and rinse by means of water. The CIPMATIC is supplied with devices for the preparation of detergents: the concentrated detergents are dosed to the CIP unit automatically, carefully supervised by measuring instruments. Distribution and recovery of detergents by means of pneumatic valves operated by PLC programmer.
